NJBusinesslink.com is an environment where consumers can find goods and services in their local community. NJBusinesslink.com (DRL Technical Services, Inc.) reserves the right to decline an application for registration if it feels that the services offered by a business may be offensive or otherwise detrimental to the prosperity of NJBusinesslink.com. All content contained on the NJBusinesslink.com (DRL Technical Services, Inc.) website is intended only for people 18 years of age and over. General Conditions and Fees Companies that register with NJBusinesslink.com (DRL Technical Services, Inc.) must agree with to terms and conditions. The free registration period is for one year and after that there will be a $29 annual registration fee. The annual registration fee is not an automatic deduction and you will not be asked for any method of payment at the initial time of registration. The annual fee for registration, will not be prorated across the registration period. You may be contacted within 6 weeks prior to the expiration for the purposes of re-registration for the next registration period. Failure to renew your registration before the expiration of your current registration will lead to the removal of your information from NJBusinesslink.com. Disclosure of Information DRL Technical Services, Inc. (NJBusinesslink.com) will use all information collected from their customers for internal purposes. Users should be aware that some of the information provided will be made public on the Internet for the sole purposes of business advertisement. This number is automatically assigned when the account is activated. Any business that is removed from our database and then later re-added will receive another registration number, which may effect their position on some searches. While not all of the information that we collect from Users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that Users provide DRL Technical Services, Inc. (NJBusinesslink.com) through our website. The information that we do publish is provided by the users and DRL Technical Services, Inc. (NJBusinesslink.com) cannot be held responsible for typos and other grammatical errors. The method by which information/businesses is displayed may change without notice. Sales and discounted pricing is not retroactive and may or may not apply to existing customers. To qualify as a "Small Business"; an enterprise must be independently owned and operated and have 100 or fewer employees. Independent agents may also register but cannot list or use the name of a business that is not their own legal name or business name. Privacy As it is our intension to protect the privacy of users, NJBusinesslink.com (DRL Technical Services, Inc.) cannot be held responsible for any information that is published on the Internet. Users should be aware that any information provided as part of their registration could be made public for the sole purposes of advertising their business.
